Digital Scoring  

Most golf outings use traditional scorecards with each foursome handing the card off to the course pro to post the scores on a board in the clubhouse.  Imagine a digital system where your guests can enter their score on a hand-held device and all scores can be viewed by all event participants on the course or on a large monitor in the clubhouse during a post-event reception. It’s like watching a pro event leader board on Sunday. While your guests are enjoying themselves they can follow their friends or their competitors on the course. We can make this happen for you. 

The Professional Touring Pro Experience

We will arrange to have Tour professional Chip Beck on site at your event. Chip was the second player to shoot a 59 in a PGA Tour event and is one of only six Tour players to do it. Chip won the Vardon Trophy in 1989 and was a member of three Ryder Cup Teams.  Additionally, he is a master clinician and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He can spend the day mingling with your guests, hand out awards at your reception, speak to your group about his Tour experiences, sign autographs and pose for photos. Abrams Golf Solutions will publicize his appearance to enhance participation in your event.

Tournament Glove Program

The Tournament Glove Program is a great option for player gifts. Abrams Golf Solutions will arrange for each of your guests to receive a high quality Cabretta leather custom logo golf glove as a perfect arrival gift. Our supplier will provide more than enough gloves in a variety of sizes for your guests to choose from and you pay only for the gloves you use. There is no overbuying, no size issues and five great glove options. You can provide the glove as a gift and offer a sponsor a great branding opportunity. After registration, the unused gloves will be packed up and returned to the supplier. An easy way to provide a great gift to your guests.

Hole-in-One Programs

Abrams Golf Solutions will arrange for a turn-key hole-in-one experience for your event. We will arrange for insurance to cover the cost of the prizes. You can choose from a personally selected vehicle from a local dealership, a great golf vacation or other premier merchandise. In addition, we can arrange for signage at the appropriate hole(s).

Auction Software

How about raising more money for your event via silent auction? We will arrange for hand-held devices to be given to each participant prior to the evening reception. When a higher bid is made on an item, each guest will be notified through the device and can place a new bid immediately. After the event, the winners will know who won instantaneously.  It’s a fun, easy way to keep track of bidding and you can arrange for payment through the device.

Long Drive Program

A nationally known long drive champion from Charity Golf International will spend the day at your tournament hitting 400 yard drives and engaging with your guests. A table will be set up at the par 5 of your choice. He will hit drives on that hole for the participants.  Many tournaments have coordinated a program with the long drive champion suggesting donations from participants with proceeds going to the organization of your choice. The goal of this program is to provide professional fundraising, raise awareness and assist charities in reaching their financial goals.

Super Ticket Fundraising Program

The Super Ticket takes all of the items you would normally sell to your golfers separately -- mulligans, raffle tickets, entries into contests, etc.- and combine them into one value packed offering that is sold to golfers at registration. You only ask for one donation the entire day and your guests will enjoy a variety of fun experiences.

Great Event Apparel

We will provide all tournaments with access to premier golf shirts and accessories. The merchandise can be branded for each event with the organization’s logo. We have access to preferred prices for quality items.

Tournament Web Site Design

We will facilitate an easy to use, visually appealing tournament website and registration processor. It will simplify the entire tournament process from start to finish, saving you hours of time and increasing overall event success.

Potential registrants and sponsors will be able to visit your site, choose their registration package, provide information about their team, input their sponsor information and company logo, and securely checkout without leaving the page. There are no limits to the number of registrants per event.
